Also very simple.  I value my time and myself.  To nourish that, I expect prompt payment, and I do not offer refunds on labor or custom products.  

PRODUCT POLICY

Another very simple one.  I value my research and experience making effective and safe products over the  years to prevent my own severe allergic reactions.  To nourish that, I will only use my own cleaning products without exception.  

HEALTH AND SAFETY

I value my health and yours.  To nourish that, I use my experience in medical & surgical settings, commercial kitchens, and a working ranch.  I honor my ability to reach recommended standards for sanitizing and disinfecting.
